
The basic conditions of the NSRF e-Retail program have been announced.
Beneficiaries of the Action:
Medium, small and very small businesses that operate in the retail sector and maintain a physical store or in a separate space from their home, regardless of their legal form, that operate legally in the country and have started with the competent Tax Office.
Businesses are divided into:
Existing ones that have been established and have acquired an eligible KAD up to and including 30/09/2019
Newly established ones that have been established and have acquired an eligible KAD from 1/10/2019 until the date of announcement of the Action (12/2/2021).
Subsidy:
Up to 5,000 euros to each business with a distinct VAT number for the acquisition of IT equipment (30% maximum eligible percentage of the subsidized budget) and the implementation of intangible actions (software/services) for the purpose of developing and managing an online store.
Up to 1,500 euros for upgrading an online store if the business already had one before 18/3/2020.
Some of the Basic Participation Requirements:
Businesses must, among other things, satisfy the following requirements:
Be active in retail trade (KAD 47 and its detailed provisions as described in Annex X) either as a main activity, at the headquarters or at the branch, or as an activity with the highest income.
Maintain a Physical Retail Store, in a separate space from their home, i.e. a commercial space that welcomes and serves customers.
Their operation must have been suspended for at least one day from Wednesday, March 18, 2020 onwards.
Existing businesses must have a reduction of at least 20% in their turnover during the 4th quarter of 2020 compared to the corresponding quarter of 2019. For newly established businesses, the reduction will be considered 100% in their turnover.
IMPORTANT
Businesses participating in the program are given a period of six (6) months to build the Eshop.

Monitoring and updating on the result
Creation of the Eshop
Hosting, support and upgrades of the Eshop for one year
Supply of IT equipment
Provision of Consulting
Application fees 150 euros + VAT (Offset from the subsidy if approved)
