Recognizing the daily challenges it faces, Medical Ptolemaida sought a comprehensive solution for its technological equipment needs. The goal was to optimize daily operations, saving maximum time and cost. Additionally, it was necessary to ensure the security of its state-of-the-art building's facilities.
The Solution
To optimize and facilitate the daily operations of Medical Ptolemaida, the following actions were implemented:
- Installation of a telephone center to manage the company's phone lines and therefore directly serve its customers.
- Supply and installation of PCs, printers, peripherals, and consumables.
For the security and protection needs of the facilities and the company's staff, the following installations were implemented:
- Installation of wireless links, networks, and monitoring systems (IP cameras and intercom).
- Installation of fire detection systems and flood detectors.
