The company Μ.Ε.ΤΕ. S.A. "METALLURGICAL - COMMERCIAL - TECHNICAL PUBLIC COMPANY" is a Greek company based in Florina and has three branches. Μ.Ε.ΤΕ. S.A., with its primary purpose since its inception being the exploitation of lignite mines, has many years of experience and specialization in executing the necessary works required for this purpose, such as research, study, mining, and processing of lignite in its own or third-party mines. Today, it is one of the largest private companies in Greece, known for its rational exploitation of lignite mines.

Business Challenge / Need

Network connection of the headquarters with the company's container to gain internet access.

Implementation

Creation of a microwave link. For the needs of the project, a solar panel was installed in the middle of the distance between the container and the headquarters.
